Cancellation and Return Procedures
Under the Consumer Protection Law (Right of Withdrawal Without Cause), you may return your purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery (in its original packaging, without any damage or modifications, and unused) as long as it retains its resale value. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned by nature (single-use products, perishable goods, hygiene-related items, products for special occasions). This right also does not apply to custom-made items produced upon the buyer's specific request.
Products labeled as “Seasonal Products,” such as New Year’s or Valentine’s Day items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Important Note: Handmade glass items may exhibit slight variations in thickness or contain air bubbles from the blowing process. Some wooden products may have natural grain, knots, or cracks. These are not considered defects and do not qualify as product faults.
Return and Shipping Costs
If returned products are shipped back via the Partner Carrier, Mahzen Concept will cover the shipping cost. If the buyer chooses a different shipping carrier, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. In cases where the buyer does not pay the shipping cost, it will be deducted from the product refund amount. If the shipping cost is covered by the buyer, the full product amount will be refunded.
If a shipment sent through a carrier other than the Partner Carrier is not accepted, the refund will be processed after the shipping cost is deducted from the total transaction amount.
Return Documentation and Invoice Requirements
In compliance with General Communiqué No. 385 of the Tax Procedure Law, individual customers must complete and sign the return section on the bottom of the invoice sent with the order and include it with the product being returned.
Corporate customers are required to issue a return invoice. Without this, the return process cannot proceed.
Repeat Returns Within the Right of Withdrawal Period (14 days) and Possible Misuse
Repeated misuse of the right of withdrawal, including refusing delivery on orders where shipping costs are paid by the member, intentionally damaging products to force returns, accepting high shipping fees but later refusing to pay them, will be considered bad faith by the member. In such cases, Mahzen Concept reserves the right to suspend or terminate the member's account.
When Will the Refund Be Processed?
If a customer returns an item or cancels a purchase, and the return meets the conditions, a refund will be issued within 10 business days from the time Mahzen Concept receives the item(s). Only the item cost will be refunded; shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Mahzen Concept cannot be held responsible for delays on the bank’s end in processing the return. Any earned points/rewards/coupons for returned items will also be retracted.
For refunds to debit cards, the time frame may vary depending on the bank.
For credit card refunds, the refunded amount may not be reflected immediately on the same day. In such cases, customers should contact their bank's credit card service. For refunds of installment purchases, banks process refunds as credit balances on the card monthly.
For payments made via Wire Transfer/EFT, please email your IBAN starting with TR, the legal account holder's name, and your order number to bilgi@mahzenconcept.com. Mahzen Concept is not liable for any errors in the information provided.
The Return Form is located on the bottom of your invoice and must be signed to be processed. Unsigned return forms will not be accepted.
