The number of installments and bank promotions applied to credit cards may vary depending on the type of credit card. For the credit card types below, purchases can be made with up to 12 installments, with installment fees applied. For single payments, no additional installment fees are applied. In cases of discrepancies, typographical errors, or variations in bank credit card terms, prices, or product details, Mahzen Concept’s records will prevail. Please note, Mahzen Concept will never ask for your ID or password via email. For credit card payments, your order will be processed immediately upon payment confirmation. All credit card payments are secured by the 3D Secure system, an online authentication method designed to protect against fraudulent transactions. To use this feature, your credit card must support 3D Secure; otherwise, please contact your bank. If your credit card does not support 3D Secure, you will only be able to complete purchases on www.mahzenconcept.com through wire transfer/EFT.

The bank that issued your credit card may offer additional installment options or services, such as installment deferral, based on promotional campaigns. In cases where a payment was made without an official transaction record, and if the card was used unlawfully by another person, the terms outlined in the Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law No. 5464 dated 23/2/2006 and the Banking Cards and Credit Cards Regulation published in the Official Gazette No. 26458 on 10/3/2007 will apply.
