Unless otherwise specified, your shipment will be delivered by our "Partnered Courier" under the conditions set out below. For international shipments, Mahzen Concept partners with UPS. UPS deliveries typically take between 3 and 8 business days, depending on the destination.

Orders (or payments for Bank Transfer orders) are processed and dispatched to the courier service on business days within the timeframes below, starting from the time we receive the order or payment. Domestic deliveries within Istanbul generally take about 1-2 days (excluding the Islands), while areas outside of Istanbul take approximately 3-4 business days depending on the chosen courier service and distance. Orders processed after 10:00 AM will be considered next-day orders.

When your order is handed over to the partnered courier, you will receive a text message notification with the tracking number for your package and contact information for the delivery branch. Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier upon receipt. If there are any issues, have the courier create a damage report and do not accept the package; otherwise, all responsibility lies with the buyer. The invoice for your purchased item(s) will be attached to the package. Do not accept shipments without an attached invoice, and request a report from the courier in such cases.

If the recipient is not available at the address, the courier will leave a delivery notice, and you must contact the courier within 3 days to collect the package. After 3 days, the package will be returned to mahzenconcept.com. Please note that we do not offer phone notification delivery options.

If the same item(s) are returned to mahzenconcept.com, you can request a resend, which will be subject to the shipping fee. To initiate this, please email us with your order number at bilgi@mahzenconcept.com.

The delivery time for your package is approximately 2 to 5 business days within Turkey, depending on the selected courier and destination. For international shipments through UPS, delivery is estimated to take between 3 and 8 business days.
